Learning through doing, and as part of a diverse team is recognized as fundamental to the UWC learning. Our students actively engage in learning beyond the classroom and have the freedom to choose the platform of their liking to indulge deeply. Students who are active hikers and trekkers and love exploring nature got to experience an expedition to Dodital in the Himalayas during project week - a week-long learning experience for students through exploration of different parts of India . This project was aimed at building skills of leadership, teamwork and perseverance in students while exploring a little known but awe-inspiring part of India. The trek to Dodital is a steady uphill climb that took them through dense forests and high meadows ending up in the mountain pass at Darwa Top, at 3800 m above MSL.
