We welcome visitors to our campus- whether potential applicants and their families, school groups that would like to make use of our Biodiversity Reserve, educators who want to see how UWC functions and our Akshara programme.

Visits by Prospective Students, Families or Educators

Click here to register for Open Days

For potential applicants and their families, we organize special Open Days between the months of September and January which allow you to visit campus, talk to students and teachers and understand the admissions process. We encourage the potential student to be present during visits because they need to decide whether this environment is right for them. To this end, our Open Days are often during weekdays- so you can see what a working UWC looks like! We understand that this is often a challenge, but trust us, seeing the campus is not enough. You need to feel how it works on a regular day.

Visits by Architectural Students

Our award-winning architecture combines modern architectural design with locally sourced materials and sensitivity to its environmental impact, and covers approximately one-third of our campus. Architect Christopher Benninger was awarded a Business week/Architectural Record Award in 2000 and the Aga Khan Award for Architecture in 2001 for his use of local materials and architecture in the design of our campus.

Students wishing to visit and photograph the campus should email [email protected] to schedule a visit.

Please note that the visits can be scheduled only with adequate prior notice and on a date convenient for the college. Visitors should note that photography of the campus architecture is only permitted in areas where campus community members are not present.
