Our College has a 16-bed medical centre with facilities to handle all kinds of minor emergencies. A College doctor and nurses stay on campus during the week and are easily accessible at any time of the day or night. A well-equipped ambulance remains on campus for use during emergencies. We are affiliated with the best hospitals in Pune in case there is an emergency, you will receive the very best of care.
The College provides students with different support structures. An on campus counsellor as well as an off campus counsellor is available for students. They can be approached if any form of guidance or help is required regarding the mental health and wellbeing of a student. The Peer Support Group which entails a group of trained students is also available for one-on-one support. When needed, we can also provide psychiatric evaluation and support from a network of professionals in Pune.
The college has robust wifi-network throughout campus, including all academic and residential areas. Students also receive an official school email address and access to the college's intranet and educational databases and subscriptions. Students enrolled at the college agree to comply by the institute’s Information Technology Acceptable Use Agreement and the College’s IT Policy.
There is a Kotak Mahindra Bank ATM available on campus for Indian Rupee withdrawals. The College also facilitates the setting up of student bank accounts with Kotak Mahindra Bank.
The College library has 20,000 books, and cataloguing is computerized. The Dewey Decimal System is used for classification of subjects and this makes finding books on the shelves relatively straightforward. Availability of books can be checked online. Movies are available online as well.
All students and faculty are issued official college ID cards. Biometrics are also utilized to keep track of entry and exit on campus and to various spaces.
Sodexo cooks an average of 650 servings a day for students and staff of the College. They work hard at meeting a wide range of preferences in a diverse community that includes vegetarians and cultural tastes from all over the world. Students have input into menu selections through the Food Committee.
We have dedicated transport office that is responsible for providing vehicles to and from the College as required by community members. Trivenis and other official College events are covered by the College. All costs associated with personal usage of vehicles will be borne by the individual who booked the vehicle. On weekends, a bus to Pune is available at minimum cost on campus with specific pick-up and drop-off times.
Students do their own laundry while living on campus (except if using college provided bedding). No-cost washing machiness and dryers are available in each Wada laundry room, and students supply their own washing powder, which can be purchased in Paud or in Pune.
